Production Time

All of our products are handmade to order, so please keep this in mind when planning for your event or hire date.

Our designs typically take around 3-8 weeks to complete, depending on the delivery requirements and orders.

Delivery Time

Once your product has been manufactured, we'll ship your order with the aim to reach you within 7-14 working days if you live within 'Mainland UK'. Other locations may take slightly longer.

We will track your shipment and keep you updated with an ETA.

Return Policy

Please note that all of our products are handmade to order. Each piece is carefully crafted, often to bespoke specifications, which means it is created uniquely for you. For this reason, once an order has been placed and production has begun, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns.

We kindly ask that you are certain of your purchase before committing to your order. If you have any questions or would like guidance before placing an order, our team is always happy to help ensure everything is just right.
